Airrus Stargate спининг is a series of rods designed and manufactured using technology currently applied exclusively in the military industry. The area of the blank where the largest load accumulates during use is reinforced with a unique carbon fiber. The result is an unconventional power known as 1K Carbon Layered Shield. Each cm² of the hollow section, from the handle to the tip guide, contains 1,000 carbon filaments. The Shield offers incredible power reserve due to very low deformation under load.

The Magma technology presents a new type of "prepreg" (reinforcement fabric that is pre-impregnated with a resin system, sandwiched between two protective film layers - this resin system, usually epoxy, already includes the appropriate curing agents) with unique properties. Tests by Airrus engineers have shown surprising results regarding the reduced weight of the blank, resistance to torsion and compression. The efficiency of this new type of material is based on polyacrylonitrile resin that optimizes the characteristics of carbon fibers.

The AOS Airrus Oversize System allows the structure of the blank to have an increased diameter while using the same amount of material, made possible by the hollow structure, created through three different mixtures of carbon fibers oriented in three different directions. This design allows the rod to have unprecedented torsional and vertical strength as well as incredible resistance to compression, the main effect being a very strong piercing capability.

The diameter and additional space in the blank create what we call "IME" (Integrated Megaphone Effect). The integrated megaphone effect is the next evolutionary step in megaphone technology. The soundboard effect of the large blank drastically enhances the transmission of vibrations, creating an extremely sensitive rod while maintaining a lightweight structure. The overall result of the AOS Design model is an unconventional yet highly performing rod. The taper provides not only sensitivity but also an extremely high power reserve, allowing you to fish very delicately with light lures for large-scale fish when conditions demand it.

The new Megaphone Handle II transmits any light bite and any lure movement on the substrate more quickly and efficiently, as it amplifies the vibrations transmitted from the fishing line much better than any previous handle style. It is fully customized, made from 100% carbon fiber and assembled without using sound absorption or vibration dampening materials.

The nylon-graphite reel seat aligns the hand as much as possible with the ideal line of the guides, giving the rod unprecedented casting precision. Additionally, the blank is finished with the second generation of ZDH frames (for casting rods) / ZH (for спининг rods) that are the result of close collaboration with Kigan, being by far the best choice for sensitivity, lightweight, and abrasion resistance caused by braided lines.

3RD Generation Microguide System - is the best rod guiding system for reducing line friction, utilizing a very small ring on a high, inclined frame that reduces the angle created by the line released from the spool with the first ring. This concept allows knots between the main line and the tackle to easily pass through the ring guides.
